Key Performance Areas:

Provided complete day to day oversight and full management of O&M Service which include and was not limited to;

• Power Generation (16 x 1MG generators, 18 x 250KVA generators, 26 x 150KVA generators, 40 x 8KVA generators) inclusive of Synchronization panels and Large scale Distribution Panels
• Complete HVAC Systems, inclusive of Heating, Cooling and Refrigeration
• Installation and Full Maintenance of Emergency Fire and Smoke detection systems (Gents Panels, Smoke, Fire and Heat detectors)
• Construction: Concrete and Masonry, Electrical installations (sub surface and above surface installations and maintenance), Plumbing (sub surface and above surface installations and maintenance), General Carpentry, Locksmith, Painting work
• Engineering: Gates, Barriers, T- walls, Jersey Barriers, Hesco Barriers, Welding, Road works, RO Plant, Raw Water Treatment plant
• Accepted full responsibility for drafting all operational reports for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly submission
• Set personnel schedule for daily and where necessary shift requirements to ensure that all sectors are covered to provide operational effectiveness 
• Schedule staff performance reviews and draft necessary reports accordingly
• Ensured that all company Policies and Procedures are in alignment with company standards of conduct that provide a measure of safety in the work environment
• Build a network of compliance by enforcing regular audits of in process and completed tasks and input results on the PTW tracking system
• Assumed responsibility for menial and out of scope duties and ensured that these assigned tasks met with the project requirements 
• Planned, organized, prioritized and performed multiple tasks under rather difficult conditions and ensured that all job functions were performed in an orderly and concise manner.
