I'm a person who enjoys working with others. Helping customers to make sure that anything they want and need will be at their disposal. I am also a person that enjoys being with my family, most especially my kids, they bring joy in my life.
I have worked in a call centre environment most of my working life, where I had to deal with customers queries and find the best possible solution that will best suit their needs and wants. With my most recent job, I was dealing with international customers needing assistance with their bills and how they can lower it.
I was recently in Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology where I had studied IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT NQF Level 4 and wanting to actually continue with it, however funds do not allow me to and need funding to do so.
