- 10 years experience in an automotive environment as Quality Engineer
- Project Management six sigma green belt
- Technical Knowledge: Lab analysis, root cause corrective action, audit, Quality Core tools such as APQP, PPAP, ISIR, FMEA MSA, Control plan and SPC
- Knowledge of ISO TS 16949 / Q1 / ISO 9001:2008 / ISO 14001:2008 and related customer specific systems and requirements related to the motor Industry.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Systems, MS Project, SAP ERP, CAD, Laboratory Information Management System LIMS, Manufacturing Execution Systems MES.
- Competent in Statistical data analysis and Statistical Programs such as Minitab,
- Proven people, inter-relations, and team management capabilities
- Proven change management capabilities.
- Knowledge of Laboratories test methods and procedures
- Knowledge and experience of Methodical and facts driven approach to problem solving
- Knowledge of waste and industrial water treatment system
