I was always fascinated by the hospitality industry and as the years went by, I became keenly interested in Operations. My learning and interest in Operations has helped me grow and I have been lucky to have got opportunity in my previous stint to handle operations during critical times. I loved interacting with new people, what better place than the hospitality industry. Though I always had an interest in the Front Office. Throughout the years exploring and growing within the hospitality industry, I got exposed to HR and realized that this was needed to become a great Leader.
