Experience

Electrical, Mechanical, Slip Rings, Pantoes and brush holder divisions. Producing working technical drawings (2D) and producing model drawings (3D) from sketches and/or samples. Creating new vocabs and new drawing numbers for new or existing customers.

Updating drawings with relevant parts and materials on TurboCAD. Updating bills of materials on Macola against item numbers (vocabs). Uploading approved drawings into Macola. Ensuring drawing specifications/change request forms are filled and filed in a soft and hard document format.

Filing approved drawings in the drawings archive room. Updating master drawing register with mew drawings, approved drawings, cancelled drawings and drawings awaiting approval. Developing and updating daily production plans for Mechanical and Electrical departments.

Developing daily performance measurement reports. Releasing and closing jobs (Electrical and Mechanical) using Macola. Providing technical support to Production and Sales teams. Process requests for customer quotes.

Implementing continuous improvement projects on designs and operations. Ensure proper usage of Mechanical Department raw materials. Performing various tasks to achieve set monthly budgetary targets.
