Carrying out administration of deceased estates from reporting to final distribution, ensuring compliance with deceased estates laws and Master of the High Court directives.
Attending to drafting Wills and registrations of Trusts.
Reviewing Wills, death certificates, identity copies and title deeds for accuracy.
Verifying claims from creditors and resolving disputes.
Liaise with banks, insurance companies and other institutions to obtain certificates of balance, and ensure timely transfer of deceased assets and policy proceeds to the estate.
