Rethabile is a qualified and seasoned Human Resource (Industrial Relations) personnel holding a National Diploma in Labour Relations Management and BTech in Business Administrations. Have completed a short course in Management Development Programme (MDP) with Regent Business School and currently studying towards BCom Honours Human Resource Management with the same institution. Rethabile is a unionist, currently serving as NEHAWU Branch Chairperson at her workplace. The role enriches and stretches her skills and abilities further, creating experiences from both sides of the table.
She further has four years’ experience in corporate environment. Rethabile always believes that her hands-on experience coupled with the growing knowledge she continues to gain working with people prepared and positions her for success wherever she will find herself within corporate setting, she will be able to make a positive contribution in any related field. With a solid foundation in corporate, Rethabile is always prepared to put her knowledge and abilities to deliver the best results to use in everything she does, while gaining immeasurable experience and skills to advance in her career pursuit further.
