During the last 27 yearsI have managed to develop my career and reach the position of amongst others: Group Executive Head Chef, Chef Lecturer, and Corporate Catering and Project Manager. I have opened a 5 STAR Graded Hotel and being part of the set-up and opening team of two concept Corporate Canteens.
With my experience, dedication, passion, and extensive training including a National Diplomain Hotel Management & Catering, As well as foundations in Project Management through the University of Cape Town, my immediate objective is to further my career in hospitality and to pursue the passion for the hospitality industry.
