I have an experience as store manager/operating manager for 12years . My last job was store manager at footgear clothing and footwear. I was appointed to almost closed store at Thabo sehume branch and store started reaching budgets for 5 months in a row and being number 1 store in Gauteng region and being celebrated by the company .
I managed to do so through motivating the staff , staff development, welcoming environment (merchandising) and leading by example. I was then transferred to Centurion mall because the branch was under performing. I managed to change sales results and environment with a excellent results company transferred me to Mams mall .
Saville row Webbers . I was working as store manager and open about 6 new stores . With excellent turnover and stock take results company appointed me to become operating manager and assist under performing stores .
