I am currently employed at Alshaya Group (Retail) as Senior Test Manager (UAT). My experience includes working at Airports Company South Africa as Quality and Test Manager (Aviation), Tata Consulting Service as Test Manager on Old Mutual project (Insurance), Edcon as Service Governance Test Manager/Test Lead (Retail) and at IBM as QA Test Lead/Senior Test Analyst/Performance Tester (Telecommunication). I have over 16 years Software Testing work experience gained from working on both Large- Scale Projects and Small projects, using both Waterfall and Agile Testing Methodology.
I'm able to lead, mentor and transfer knowledge to team members & support staff.
My background includes successfully managing teams, processes, and initiatives to drive continuous quality control efforts and improvements
