I have extensive experience in both public and private sector. I have been operating at senior manger level for more than 15 years in various positions including external audit, quality assurance, and training and development. I engage with various stakeholder groups on a continious basis.

Deadlines and quality are non negotiables for me which i always ensure through monitoring, training and guiding the relevant staff in my teams. I always strive to learn new skills and improve myself, and will bring positive energy and motivation where ever i go.

I completed my articles in the private sector and then joined the Auditor General South Africa in 2006. In 2009 i was promoted to Senior Manager audit and in 2019 moved to the position of Product Champion and Training officer which requires quality assurance for the business unit of 46 audits and 150 plus staff member. I have always passed my quality reviews and since ive taken over the quality assurance our unit also complied.

Im passionate about people and people development, and have rolled out various initiatives including manager development programmes to get our staff to perform at the next level. I've recently moved back to auditing where im responsible for the largest sectors in the country which is basic and higher education.
