I'm a goal oriented, determined and ambitious person with a passion for communicating with people or helping people . writing and typing is my other passion. I've worked as a customer service consultant at Lmat MOTORCYCLE PYT for more than 2 years . I graduated as a language practitioner in December 2020.I have mastered communication in the years I have worked as a customer service consultant, I have mastered computer and telephonical skills in all the years that I have worked.
Experience
former customer service company with 2+ years experience , responsible for all contact with the customer and It’s service as part of complaints, order processing , providing information about the company’s goods and service. I just currently started being a call centre agent where I am responsible for outbound calls regarding rearrangements of customer’s overdue loans

national diploma in language practice completed in 2020, currently completing my advanced diploma in language practice at Tshwane University of Technolog.
