I Rishen Balraj have completed the CompTIA A+ course. This position would give me an insight and experience of what my course entails. I look forward to being a team player and becoming an asset to the company. I approach every task I am given with a positive attitude and try to find the best solution in order to complete the task. I am able to manage my time through careful planning and organization of work which then leads me to produce accurate work of a high standard. Ever since I was of the appropriate age of having some knowledge of technology,
I’ve always revolved my world around it. I am confident that my knowledge,
ability and experience allow me to deliver successful results. Troubleshooting has always been challenging and it motivates me to push myself to my full potential every time a problem occurs. In my journey, I have started by building computers to configuring software’s.
I am really appreciative of the knowledge I’ve gained over the past couple of years because it helps me on a day to day bases by helping customers. I also do understand that technology is vastly changing every day and keeping up with it is essential. My goals in life is to be a successful technician which I have achieved on (08/09/2023) at the
Boston City Campus Stanger. My ultimate goal is to make a difference in society and to use my knowledge and achievements to better myself. Working with clients has helped me with my interactions with individuals, it thought me patience and to be cautious. Being a reluctant person gives makes it easier to work with clients therefore it gives a good work environment with high productivity levels, it also builds trusting relationships within the workplace.
There are bound to be conflicts in a workplace, however I have the ability to relate to other and this means that I am willing to agree to disagree with respect. I also have excellent listening skills which means I can understand a situation from all aspects which therefore give me to the ability to help client. I believe in the saying honesty is the best policy as it is the foundation of any relationship, so when it comes to a company one’s honesty would represent their workmanship towards the company.
Self-confidence may help my supervisor or manager being certain on relying on me. There are many ways to resolve conflicts in a workplace namely, find out what the conflict entails,
determine how to approach the ordeal, and find an approachable and respectable solution to the situation. If you would consider me for this position, I would do whatever I can to add value to your company.
