Rithanie Singh

I am a Bachelor of Administration graduate who has majored in Industrial Psychology and Public Administration. My educational and teaching experience began in 2012 where I began as a subject specialist lecturer for a private tertiary institution. I thereafter moved onto another campus where I excelled in various roles namely TVET Coordinator as well as a HET and FET lecturer, assessor and moderator for numerous subjects and faculties.

My time served in these various roles as outlined below has given me a strong and well encompassed understanding of the various aspects of the workings within the educational sector and as such has developed a passionate understanding of the fundamentals of providing quality service and education that serves to the foundations of the enrichment and development of learners. I have been considered by my colleagues to be meticulous, reliable, driven, timeous and task-orientated with a strong eye for detail and accuracy for which I take great pride in. I have strong leadership skills but can also flourish within a team cohesively.

I value effective communication and fostering strong professional relationships. I believe in excelling at all aspects, whether professionally or personally and take every endeavor to achieve this consistently.
