In the marketing space, I have experience in developing and managing marketing strategies and budgets, analysing market data and consumer trends, developing and managing websites and apps, developing and managing digital advertising campaigns, developing and managing search campaigns, developing and managing blogging strategies, setting up and managing social media channels, setting up and managing chatbots, setting up and managing reputation management systems as well as managing customer relationships.
In the revenue management space, I have a track record in forecasting, analysing market conditions and trends and identifying opportunities, implementing and managing brand.com booking engines, setting up and managing channel managers, setting up and managing online travel agent and meta search listings, setting up and managing GDS channels, channel mix management and yielding up and down rates to meet organization market share and profit goals.
I also have experience in the asset management function where I assist to oversee the property maintenance to ensure the best possible client experience and feedback.
In 2018, I also assisted in the conceptualisation and launch of the Arebbusch Pizzeria brand, including developing of the Arebbusch Pizzeria menu, website, app and online food ordering and delivery system.
