Admin: Incident reports, Fault finding on alarm systems. Fleet monitoring and tracking. Data capturing. Problem solving telephonically. Scheduling technicians for installations and daily jobs. Making out job cards. Extra typing duties when is needed. Filing. Patrol guards tracking and investigations - Insuring guards are clocking in their patrol points.
