Duties include servicing customers by performing meet and greets, check in, aircraft boarding, ticketing, baggage service, making boarding, deplaning and public announcements, providing connecting flight information and direction assistance, handling unruly, upset or angry passengers. My ability also includes working shifts including mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. I have computer skills which is very helpful and part of my job daily.
