Property is my passion, I have been in property for the past 15+ years. My experience has been based in the Cape Town city area, as a Property Manager of a residential portfolio, plus many more years as a Commercial Property Portfolio Manager, managing strip malls, retail and commercial buildings located in the city bowl and surrounds. Building relationships with the Landlords and tenants, contractors etc, is one part of the industry that I enjoy the most.

Ensuring systems and staff run efficiently through dedicated attention and creating an environment where the team feels supported and acknowledged. By ensuring that the Landlords achieve the maximum return on the investment through rental negotiations with national and local tenants, and ensuring compliance, maintenance of the buildings, increasing rentals and property values.

Since

May 2025, I have been working remotely in the UK as a Virtual Assistant in property management in Manchester, and have since begun a new position as a Property Manager at a franchise agency, Belvoir in the UK.
