Service Centre Manage and CNC Programmer 2019-04 to 2019-09
- Managed and performed all tasks associated with the service centre operations for cutting steel.
- Programming and nesting files required for CNC plate and pipe cutting.
- Compiled commercial quotations for fabrication projects and external cutting requests.
- Responsible for all status updates and reporting of cutting operations to the organization.
- Procured goods for minimum allowable steel plate stock and machinery consumables.
- Performed 3D laser scanning of various vessels for hull refurbishment, clash detection, etc.
- Managed personnel concerning shift allocation, hours, and delegation of daily tasks.
Innovation: Availing the certificates for the leftover metal from past projects on a simple system to replace manual searching.
