As a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Science and Industrial Psychology graduate, I developed a strong understanding of workplace psychology, employee relations, and organizational communication during my studies which enhanced my ability to engage with diverse individuals, support personal development, and foster a positive learning environment - skills that I wish to apply into my organisational space while also learning more as I am a proactive individual looking to gain more experience.
