I have 3 years experience in Customer service and Aviation Industry Looking to employ my abilities and personal qualities in a business that will offer me a chance with the intention of assisting the organization in achieving its aims and objectives. -Checking in passengers ensuring there are no dangerous goods in passengers luggage, making sure the passengers luggage are registered correctly. Ensuring the passengers are catered according to company’s agreement.
Being a gate controller I help passengers with their requests, things they couldn't get at the counters like changing their seats due to the flight not being closed so the can choose their seats.
I print out the manifest known as the "Pax list"
I answer to passengers needs, and also I allocate seats for standby passengers flying on staff tickets.
I call reservations when the passenger has something wrong with their ticket.
I assist passengers who want to change their flights.
I help passengers with making payments, such as updgrages from economy to Business class Or when a passenger is paying for an over weight luggage and an extra piece of bag.
