My career opportunities has provided me with a stealth amount of knowledge and practical application within human resources and payroll, business law and its operations. During my 15 years of HR Generalist/Payroll management and administrative career experience, I have had the opportunity of applying all labour law knowledge and practices to 14 different industries, diverse operational requirements, 11 SETA's and reporting methods, SARS reporting, DoL statutory reporting, EE strategy and operations, whilst nearing on 400 CCMA cases represented successfully, charging employees and initiating and chairing hearings 5 independent social compliance audits and all DoL departmental inspections. This has taught me the figurative and literal business asymmetry which needs to exist to aid in a much needed corporate culture efficiently gluing it together.
I have mastered an advanced level of self-management skills, management skills and interpersonal skills along with experience and continuous human capital management practices, by using HR best practices, and aligning this to the current and planned business practice. This has allowed me to proactively manage my department with ease and allowing time for innovative development and research within the human resources and employee remuneration expertise motivating business growth.
I develop honest, trustworthy and transparent relationships, driving diversity into the homogenous natures of business to maintain a healthy and safe work environment. Furthermore, upholding business compliance in all facets of HR and inter-related business operations. My approach allows me to maintain a consistent grasp on employee work satisfaction.
