I am currently looking for a new employment opportunity after being retrenched in July 2020 due to the COVID 19 pandemic. My background includes more than 14 years of experience in Commercial & Project Administration, Document Management & Control, Office Management, Executive Personal & Virtual Assisting, Procurement Assistance and most recently Freight Forwarding. As you can see by this list, I am a versatile multi-tasker.
Previously, I have worked on a number of substantial Infrastructure Projects in Africa, predominantly in Southern and West Africa within Water Infrastructure and Mining sectors. I pride myself in my versatility and willingness to take on various tasks and roles in different fields without complaint or reverence – usually the positions I take on are almost always dual/multi positions because of the extent of my experience.
I have completed a ‘Key Administrative and Business Skills’ Certificate through CESA (Consulting Engineers South Africa) in 2013 and consider myself tech savvy with strong computer literacy; from Microsoft Office Suite to Aconex Document Management System, Quickbooks Accounting, Prosquid, Sharepoint, Palladium Accounting, SAP, Teamcentre as well as Adobe Acrobat Pro.
