I have worked in the BPO industry for the past 5 years,ultimately gaining experience in customer service,technical support,sales and most recent workforce management. I have worked within USA and UK geographical based campaigns. Largest headcount of 900+ FTE. I worked with a variety of WFM tools such as EWFM,Nice,EVS,Cisco Finesse,Zendesk and Cisco Incontact.
I am focused on putting my passions and skills to good use by supporting organisations in every way possible.
I believe there is always something new to learn,there is always something new! I enjoy collaborating with others either in person or virtually to gain different perspectives
