Mine Oversees Operational requirements

- Management of Ore tramming in the section appointed for
- Management of all the employees working in the Section
- Ensure that proper planning is done on monthly basis on area to be mine underground as required by the Mine (includes Stoping, Development and Re Development)
- Labour planning for the work to be performed in the appointed Section
- Material required is available
- Cost required to perform Mining on a monthly basis

- Do daily inspection in the Section that I was appointed for in terms of Health and Safety Act
- Manage day to day operation of the production in the Section
- Manage employees working in my Section
- Management of the Gangers appointed by me in the section
- Planning of all the Stoping and Development working areas in my section
- Planning of required employees in my Section
- Planning of materials and ordering in my section
- Planning of ore to be trammed in my section
- Monitor and enforce Health and Safety in my section
- Ensure all relevant appointment is done in my area of responsibility
- Record in writing in the Log Book all the areas and the issues observed during my day to day inspection in all the underground workings
- Responsible for the training and coaching of employees in terms of the Health and Safety
