My role was to support the hiring process by performing administrative tasks, such as preparing job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting with onboarding candidates for clients. As the Office Assistant, I provided clerical support to ensure efficient office operations by managing schedules, handling queries, maintaining files and supplies, and assisting with various clerical and data entry tasks.
