I am a natural self starter, with over 13 years experience in the contact centre and customer service sector. My motivation comes from my children and the need to be the best I can for them.
I have 8 years experience as a Contact Centre consultant.
As well as this I have over 5 years of experience in the Quality analyst role.
My experience has exposed me to a wide range of industries, as well as people and companies from many different countries. I know what makes for good customer service.
I have completed my matric in New Zealand in 2006.
Am also studying a B.ed through UNISA in my second year (Student Number: 43682219)
