My experience : I started to work at Ffs year 2021 till to date I have positive self image that lead to motivation to achieve I find it easy to work with different people and I know how to talk to them introducing risk assessments and personal hygiene and by that time is well managed
I studied corse called safety management this include risk assessments,PPE and personal hygiene and be able to introduce training to the labour on how to deal with hazards and safety signs that need to be followed ,first aid treatment of injured workers first aid kit introduced,working at height training using safety harness.
