- On the beginning of my shift do Line checks on Primary and Secondary to make sure all the lines start up smoothly. Check performance of Previous Shift especially on issues that occurred during the run.
- At the end of shift, give updates to my Maintenance Manager of Lines Performance and issues that came up.
- Assist on Machine's Setups and also train operators inorder to make sure they all share mutual understanding on how to operate their equipments Efficiently.
- Attend Breakdowns and execute Preventive Maintenance on all machines.
- Initiate 5Y's Analysis inorder to establish the Root Cause of Breakdowns and prevent it from reoccurring.
- Implement Continueous Improvements inorder to make sure the machines are user friendly and able to operate with Good Effictiencies (Good Outputs with Less Rejects).
- Initiate One Point Lessons for Operators especially on tricky steps durring setups and on troubleshooting tricks when certain issues occur during production.
- Machines: Labelling Machines, Cartooning Machines, Blistering Machines, Rotary Cappers, Tablet Counters, Silica Gel Inseters, Bottle Unscramblers, Shrinking Tunnels and Stretch Benders to wrapp around Bundles.
- Assisted on Manufacturing Department and Utilities (AHU's, Chillers, Boilers and Compressors) when required.

- During breakdowns was very hands on to assist Line Artisans, based on the certificate obtained during learnership at Unilever which certified as a First Line Maintenance Personnel became an Autonomous Operator.
