I am looking for any admin position. Willing to relocate. I have been in administration, pa and secretarial positions for 30+ years. I am currently an office manager at an Old Mutual franchise. I also have my RE. I am a quick leaner and hard working.
I have worked for Old Mutual for 30 years - DID life insurance, new business, annuities , investments, medicals
Then i worked for an independent broker in the eastern cape
Where i did short term, personal, commercial, farming and fleet
After relocating back to Cape Town i have been working for a brokerage, doing short term, which includes personal, commercial. farming and marine insurance.
i have done my RE exam
I just finalised my TCF (Treating customer fairly) training as well - received my certificate.
I can do claims, from registration, to sending out assessors, authorising repairs, following up do payments to vendors and closing of claims
I can do quotes, renewals, endorsements, email, telephonic enquiries, underwriting and claims on personal and commercial lines, I also do marketing and cold calling to obtain new business. I have been a personal assistant for the last 9 years.
At the moment I am an office manager (Franchise under Old Mutual)
Doing everything from managing the office, assisting agents (new business and problems, setting up training,weekly checkin meeting), admin duties, marketing, cold calling, onboarding of new agents. setting up interviews. Ads to promote vacancies.
I have matric, Done my RE, I have various certificates.
