Good day,
Kindly note am currently unemployed. Worked at First National Bank for 23 years. I studied Business Management , Certificate of Banking and Risk Management. My work experience is: Administration/Finance, Card Authorisation, Data capturing, Quality Assurance, Claims and Collections Teamleader and Customer Experience Teamleader.
Since i was employed in a financial environment my focus has always been on how to eliminate, treat, tolerate or take risks. As part of our Department processes we shared tasks with the Risk Team where I was able to gain knowledge and skills and that is when I realised my passion to become a Risk Analyst or Manager. I worked well with the Risk Management Team where we had to identify risks within the department e.g.
POPIA Act findings, process enhancement, approval of letters, OSHACT, quality and ensuring that regulations has been adhered to. I am willing to gain more knowledge and skills once I am granted the opportunity. I am a quickly learner, flexible and am able to make decisions that will benefit the Company.
My Team and I had to verify and adhere to every process within the Department which helped to eliminate Ombudsman’-and social media complaints. I work well with others and am ready to prove how I can be an asset to the company once I am granted the opportunity.
