I'm Sbongile,warranty specialist at MSXI (contractor) 2nd year bcompt. I have been in the industry for 5 year .I mastered to double check if warranty is intact before giving authorization. My passion is to keep the dealer happy and to see a smile on the face of the customer
I'm working with technicians, checking if the write up is good enough and if the cause of failure has been mentioned.
If so, there must be a proof and I must be able to see what they have said.
I must advise and remind technician t stat ever fault found on the diagnostic process and the pin point tests carried out.
