My earliest experience was gained from working for Maudot kengal & associate debt collection company from 2005-2008, where I worked as a debt collector and I later proceeded to be a Trainee
Manager. Then moved to Sataxi Finance where I have acquired experience in a customer service environment as an inbound call center agent where I gained customer interaction experience. I have had an opportunity to be in the Admin department where I was responsible for email and fax management,
sending request for settlement quotations to the Finance department as well as giving feedback to both internal and external clients. have done face to face customer interactions to provide them with the best customer experience, now I am I am handling customer complaints making sure clients are treated fairly and the Business comply with the aim to retain clients and maintain a relationship between the Business and the clients.
