Responsibilities include: Supervise all lab support and admin functions (e.g. Help desk operator, document scanning, receiving, logging, client services, cashiering, insurance, result entry, etc.) to ensure the smooth operation of various sites in line with relevant standard operation procedures. Proficiency in literacy, writing and numeracy in English and Afrikaans.
Several experience working as a Help Desk Operator. Relevant experience in a medical customer service environment. Client –focused with excellent attention to detail. Ability to problem-solve. Effective communication and interpersonal skills while demonstrating the ability listen.
Ability to work under pressure, independently as well as in a team. Adaptability and positive attitude. Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving the necessary requirements and outputs. Provide an excellent service to our critical supporting doctors.
Comply with operational excellence by adhering to the schedule and meeting all call center metrics. Assist peripheral sites with telephonic queries, conveying of Skylims results and printing of cumulative results for wards when needed. Develop and maintain customer and supporter relationships.
Work closely with technical and administrative teams in the site.

I have Bachelor of Chemistry. With 18 years experience working in the Pathology laboratory.
I am registered with SACNASP, as a natural Scientist.
