• Oversee the Debtors Book of 21 active accounts, including invoicing, reconciliation, and credit control
• Manage banking, petty cash, and supplier documentation, resolving queries and discrepancies
• Maintain organised record-keeping and filing systems in line with compliance requirements
• Prepare monthly management packs, financial reports, and compliance documentation
• Supervise administrative staff, delegating duties and providing training and guidance
• Liaise with clients and suppliers, resolving disputes and escalations professionally
