I am skilled and detail oriented mechanical Fitter apprentice, working towards an Occupational Mechanical Fitter trade and holding N2-N6 certificates in mechanical engineering. I have worked with multiple teams at Mogalakwena Complex assisting fitter artisan's with maintenance, repair, install, commission, inspection, overhaul and diagnosis on various mechanical equipments. Seeking to join reputable organization where I can apply my technical skills and contribute to the success of maintenance operations.

• Perform proactive, preventive and corrective maintenance using hand and power tools.
• Repair and overhaul pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and valves
• Maintain plant equipments including ball mills, brakes, HPGR, crushers, Isamills, conveyor belts, mechanical drives, bearings and couplings
• Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems and conduct breakdown analysis on drill rigs.
• Install, align, repair, and commission various mechanical equipments.
• Assist with fluids management, pipe installation and Fabrication.
• Apply condition monitoring and tribology principles (ISO 4406) in oil analysis.
• Conduct PTO checklists, SLAMs, and risk assessments.
• Assist fitter artisan's across functional teams.
• Maintain good housekeeping in mechanical workshop and working areas.
