Junior Software Developer with a BSc in Computer Science, BSc Honours in Mathematical Science, and an MSc in Mathematics in progress at the University of Limpopo. Currently building internal .NET applications for the Department of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (DPME), working across C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs. Comfortable working independently on practical problems and translating operational requirements into working software which I demonstrated by independently designing and building a full Digital Hospital Monitoring System for South Africa's healthcare sector.

Also holds working knowledge of PHP and WordPress. Looking to bring this full-stack .NET and healthcare-software background to a small, focused team building practical tools for clinicians.

Data Science Intern | Software Developer at Department of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (DPME) (2025-01 – Present)

• Designed, developed, and deployed a full-stack Blazor application that integrates with the Department's Head of Department (HOD) management system using ASP.NET Core, C#, and REST APIs.
• Built the application using a layered architecture (MVC principles with service layers) to create a scalable and maintainable solution.
• Developed service classes to consume REST APIs and manage business logic for provinces, departments, user roles, and application data.
• Implemented role-based authentication and authorization, ensuring users could only access information relevant to their assigned province and organisational role.
• Designed and developed an interactive map interface where application functionality dynamically changed based on authenticated user permissions and provincial access.
• Collaborated with stakeholders from the Presidency of South Africa to translate business requirements into practical software solutions that improved internal workflows and user experience.
• Designed the application's user interface and implemented responsive, user-friendly components using Blazor, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Wrote and optimized SQL queries and worked with SQL Server databases to retrieve and manage application data.

• Deployed and configured the application on Microsoft IIS within the department's training environment, ensuring successful testing for end users.
