Delivery and Operations Management Framework, Human Resource Planning.

I have 5+ years of experience in my current post: Senior Organisational Design Practitioner where I am more active conducting Job Evaluation, compiling and reviewing Job Profiles for the Department, Job Evaluation administration support, Conducting Organizational design Investigations, Review of Departmental structure, validation of Functional Structure, Restructuring, work study investigations, Conducting Business Process, work measurement, Service Delivery (OMF).

Furthermore, hold 3+ years combined experience in Administration Assistant, Personal Assistant and Secretary Environments, where I’m exposed in office management, well versed in oral and written communication, multitasking and perseverance in tasks completion proficient in executive support, handling appointments, financial assistance, reports writing and knowledgeable in the current trends and technology.

I have experience in basic internet, end-user computing, Equate System, Visio, PERSAL and MS office programmes such as Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. I am a very fast learner, and I am familiar with the latest advanced technology. I can incorporate as well as interpret data very well.
