To pick stock accurately from bill of materials and to ensure stock is distributed correctly on time in full as per departmental job requirements.
To ensure all stock items are picked and issued correctly from the ERP system "Syspro".
To also assist in maintaining an organised and clean warehouse and to ensure that all items are stored in their allocated areas.
To carry out general duties within the warehouse environment in a safe, efficient and customer focused manner.
Monitoring departmental requirements of jobs /Boms to be issued on time internally.
Capturing issued stock parts in Syspro within 24hrs of being signed off from internal departments.
Circle counts against reports issued.
Checking any variance counts against Syspro and appropriately actioned.
Maintaining stock level as per Par.
Monitor availability against future demand purchase requirements.
To ensure that the picking slip are done every morning for warehouse team to pre-pack sales orders for the customers before I request invoicing from finance department.
