Daily operations
- Have morning toolbox meeting with operator's. - give feed back about previous days picking errors and findings.
- Separating short dated stock from good dated stock, physically and systematically
- Moving reserved stock from available stock to reserved locations and verse visa.
- Capture error picking. - count up stock in sinbin when over picked to bay and count down in fixed pick location to keep track of stock and capture to see have data for error stats to communicate to retrain pickers or fix errors on system if system created error.
- Regularly create counts on fast moving products as well as monthly inventory counts to prepare for monthly stock take.
- Pull daily report for damaged stock from 16:00 the previous day to 16:00 the the current day and match product, batch to physical stock.
- Assist with completing picking for urgent orders, handing out warehouse orders.
- Check system on completed orders to see box quantity, HU's on orders to hand over to delivery company with accuracy and efficiency.

- Assisting in buy shop from time to time to introduce methods on sales and promoting the buy shop to sell products so clients can buy them later or smarter goods.
