I am a motivated, well-spoken good mannered person, driven toward success in life, I love to learn and improve myself and strive to always give my best.

I have also been part of a team that successfully compiled and implemented an Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007) at my current employer.

I have also more than 10 years on-site experience with regard to implementing and maintaining an on-site Quality Management system and have also been part of the successful completion of 7 projects with my previous employer.

The final site I have been on with my previous employer has been used once for a re-certification audit.These were all successful with no findings on site level.

• Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials.
• Implement and enforce quality policies, procedures, quality management and work instructions.
• Determine whichactivities are plannedfor the job site and update the Inspection Test plan.
• Getting approval for the Test plan and have updated knowledge about quality methods and standards. Being conversant and advising on areas pertaining to quality management.
• Stop any contractor from executing construction work which is not in accordance with standards, clients’ specifications, and the approved principal contractor’s quality management plan for the site.
• Assist with project specific construction quality management plan and quality control plan and to ensure that reviews and updates are done regularly.
• Identify quality deviations relevant to the construction project through regular coordinated site inspections.
• Provide quality improvement proposals, corrective action and come up with an implementation plan.
• Adopting and applying appropriate quality Strategies and standards developed by the organization
• Draft a non-conformance report and defects Report when they are observed and issue for review.
• Ensure construction quality assurance on all quality aspect during the project life cycle including engineering, fabrication. construction and installation,
• Ensure that all quality control procedure is in place onsite inline with quality control plan.
• Ensure that appropriate steps have been taken by the contractor to supply the client with quality product that complies with Standard Specification, Issue for construction Drawing and Scope of work.
• Monitoring the Contractors testing philosophy and checking compliance to the quality control Plan or Inspection and Testing Plan.
• Logging to test Results from source/Borrow area identified by the contractor and verifying their suitability based on test results done by other contractor demonstrate compliance with project Specification.
