Shanell Ramsoonder

I am a young dynamic individual, looking for growth for my career and an opportunity to make a difference. I have my degree and articles, currently studying my post graduate diploma in applied financial accounting, and intend to qualify as a Chartered Accountant by 2025.

I started working at an accounting firm in February 2017, where i did my articles as well (Shabir Goga Incorporated). My contract and articles ended in October 2021. I then started working as a group resource accountant for The Ramgoolam Group. In April 2022, I started working as a financial manager for the Faizal Mohammed Group. I am currently looking for employment as I am in the process of being retrenched as the company is not financially stable anymore.

I matriculated in 2016 and started working for an accounting firm in February 2017. I commenced studying towards my degree in January 2017, and my articles program in October 2017, after a probationary period. I obtained my degree in June 2020, and completed my articles period in October 2021. In 2022, I attempted my postgraduate diploma in applied accounting sciences, and i am currently doing it again this year in 2023. (All studies done with UNISA).
