- For the last 5 years I have been directly involved in recruiting (interviews), onboarding, training as well as records keeping of staff.

- Employee support (staff come to me for advice), personal or work related matters.
- Conflict resolution
- Lead and set up of disciplinary hearings and compilation of reports for the hearings in line with labour law. Using external party who conducted the hearings.
- Exit interviews.
- Dealing with sensitive / confidential staff information.
