I am a hospitality management graduate who is currently available for work immediately. I aim to secure a position on board your vessel. I believe that my enthusiasm and willingness to learn make me a strong candidate for this position.
From my experience having worked at different establishments in the hospitality industry I have become more skilled and talented in working in the hospitality industry. I have worked at 2 sister lodges as a Housekeeping lady and I had the opportunity to work on The Blue Train as a Butler/Room Attendant. During my time at the these different establishments I got to experience how different each workplace was from one another and managed to learn different and great work ethics that they all implement at their establishments.
I seek challenging opportunities where I can use all my skills to my fullest potential and provide high quality work. I am new to the Cruise industry but I have had the opportunity of working to deliver the best room service and guest experience possible. In regards to the type of work I am applying for during my studies at the Capital Hotel School I experienced work integrated learning where I got the opportunity to work amongst well qualified workers that guided me and helped me evolve into a stronger competitor in the hospitality industry.
I have gained strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills and I am eager to learn more and delivery quality on board your vessel. I have a strong appreciation for traveling while working. I am more than willing to be devoted to the hours that are spent working during sailing.

During my 2 years studying at the Capital Hotel School I managed to work at 7 different establishments which where 2 sister lodges(Silverton Travel Lodge and Dunwoodie Travel Lodge), 1 5 star restaurant(Maison De Leo), 2 5 star hotels(Premier Hotel and The Blue Train) and 1 café(Hummingbird garden centre and Café). I managed to work amongst top qualified workers that guided me to becoming more aware of what to expect in the hospitality industry.
I graduate cum laude in hospitality management at The Capital Hotel School and completed 5 STCW codes at STC-SA and also secured a powerboat license with with a UK based company. I started working in the hospitality industry in grade 8 while doing my hospitality studies at Rietondale Highschool and I've always had a passion for this industry ever since then.
