including documentation and legal compliance.
•Manage clearing documentation for border crossings, ensuring all waybills,
permits, and customs paperwork are accurate and complete.
•Conduct physical route assessments by traveling to and inspecting loading and offloading sites, evaluating road safety and accessibility.
•Coordinate operations for tanker trucks carrying dangerous goods, ensuring full compliance with hazmat handling standards.
•Supervise and support subcontractors, handling onboarding, performance tracking, and operational assistance.
•Maintain communication with border officials and clearing agents to prevent delays and ensure smooth transits.
•Collaborate with workshops to prioritize critical maintenance, ensuring safety and minimizing downtime.
•Track and report on fuel usage, toll expenses, and vehicle condition to support budgeting and reduce operating costs.
