I am a reliable, trustworthy, hard-working, and flexible individual with over 5 years of culinary experience and 2 Internationally recognized diplomas. I have worked in Banqueting, Hot and Cold, Pastry and Room Service, as well as à la carte kitchens. I have a passion for chafing.
I have experience with managing stock control, have been responsible for opening and closing premises and looking after daily takings, and have helped run multiple bakeries simultaneously including looking after staff. I have two International Diplomas in Food Preparation Cooking in Culinary Arts and Food Preparation and cooking Patisserie.
I am also a qualified Trauma Counsellor. My dad is a British citizen and I am a South African citizen my family is emigrating to the Uk.
