I am an admitted attorney and possess 7 years of post articles experience. I possess experience in the legal compliance environment and am responsible for providing support to the Legal Advisor and Compliance Manager. My experience extends to maintaining the regulatory universe of the organisation, compliance monitoring, reporting, legal research and opinions, exposure to legal contacts, contract vetting, reviewing and vetting of insurance policy contracts, experience with the FAIS Act, Insurance Act, STIA, LTIA, FSR Act, COFI Bill, POPI Act, and exposure to the FIC Act and National Credit Act.

I hold a

•  Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB);
•  Regulatory Examination (RE 1);
• Postgraduate certificate in Corporate Law (NQF Level 7); and 
• Drafting of Commercial Contracts course.
