Co-founded and runs a women-focused nutrition and fitness coaching programme, continuing the work first established through Lifeline by Tammy and Jean.

• Builds individualised, holistic strategies around nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, daily routines and each client's specific circumstances.
• Creates personalised meal structures, macro guidance, preparation systems and realistic home- or gym-based training programmes, supported by regular online check-ins.
• Uses listening, empathy and non-judgmental communication to understand each client's behaviour and help her make sustainable changes rather than chase short-term compliance.

Co-founder & Coach at Lifeline by Tammy and Jean (2024-07)

Co-created and ran the original coaching programme for six years before a planned one-year pause and its later relaunch as Perfect Women.

• Developed and ran the Fun Weightloss Challenge, which attracted more than 2,000 entries at its peak.
• Produced and delivered over 200 live-streamed exercise sessions, using technology to make structured movement accessible to a large remote audience.
• Worked almost exclusively with women over 30, developing deep practical insight into women's nutritional needs, behaviour, emotional barriers and changing life circumstances.

Founder & Product Creator at Hearty GLP-1 Support App (2026 – Present)

Created Hearty as a self-guided GLP-1 support app, distinct from the coaching programmes, using technology to make practical meals, movement, symptom and progress support more accessible.

• Designed its guidance around real GLP-1 challenges including low appetite, hydration, adequate protein, muscle preservation, energy changes and long-term maintenance.
• Uses digital tools, livestreaming and online communities to turn coaching knowledge into accessible support systems, structured education and stronger client engagement.
