hope this letter finds you well, I am Sibabalwe Lusaseni, A plant production graduate who is currently employed as Production Manager at Caversham Woods. My hard work and determination opened up an exciting opportunity for me to be hired by a reputable and well-known company such as, Caversham Woods and it has been an amazing and fulfilling journey being a part of their Production team where I have learnt to produce several crops that fall under Floriculture, Citrus and horticulture practices. The farm has also engaged in a new project of breeding Sheep and Horses.

I learned a whole lot in a space of 3 years in the different farms I have been employed, the learnings that stood out to me the most which I have been able to apply have been, to independently manage tasks and to continuously acquire new skill sets.

I am a dedicated and focused individual who is not afraid to do the work that is required and learn new things. I am 100% committed to my career in the Agriculture field and aspire to be a Professional Senior Farm Manager and exceed my own expectations.
