• Maintenance Perform 250hr, 500hr, 1000hr PM checks using manufacturer checklists
• Scheduled servicing: Oil + filter changes, coolant, hydraulic oil, fuel filters, air filters
• Lubrication: Daily greasing of tracks, joints, cylinders
• Track & undercarriage work: Check track tension, rollers, idlers, sprockets, pads. Replace worn parts
• Perform maintenance and repairs to mobile and stationary equipment
• Repair or replace defective components and parts
• Attend to breakdowns and field service repairs when required
• Swap engines, pumps, transmissions on site using cranes and rigging
• Troubleshoot faults using diagnostic equipment and implement effective repairs
• Maintain accurate job cards, service records, and repair documentation
